Game Recap

Coopersville visited West Catholic on Wednesday night and the teams played to a 0-0 tie at half time. West Catholic would get on the scoreboard first with just over 22 minutes remaining in the game as they slid a ball into the back of the Broncos net.
Coopersville would tie the game up just six minutes later as Kira Budzynski sent a beautiful shot to the far upper 90 after receiving a nice pass from Taylor DeWildt.
It was not meant to be for the Broncos tonight as West Catholic would score with 6:21 left on the clock. The Broncos valiantly tried to score in the waning minutes but we’re unable to do so.
Coopersville returns home for their annual invitational on Saturday. The Lady Broncos will play Ludington at 10:30 AM followed by a 1:30 PM game versus Saugatuck.
The JVs were successful versus West Catholic, beating them 2-0.
